BRIEF: Public hearing rescheduled

A public hearing on the proposed expansion of K&K Food Marts on Maple Ridge Road was postponed Tuesday evening at the Village of Medina Planning Board meeting
Code enforcement officer Marty Busch said the referral to the Orleans County Planning Board had not been sent, so at the April meeting, the county board deemed the site plan “incomplete.”
The referral has now been sent, and the Medina Planning Board has set the public hearing for 7:05 p.m. June 3 at the village hall, 600 Main St.
