Medina

POSSESSION: Cody A. Verdesia, 18, 16 Oakland Ave., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Nov. 21. Verdesia is due Monday in Medina Village Court.

HARASSMENT: Matthew S. Fairchild, 35, 11105 W. Center St. Ext., was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief Nov. 22. Fairchild is due Monday in Medina Village Court.

DWI: Michael C. Duffield, 35, 315 Pearl St., was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated. Duffield is due Dec. 14 in Medina Village Court.

POSSESSION: Kasey J. Wagner, 27, 3578 Horan Road, was charged Thursday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Wagner is due Dec. 14 in Medina Village Court.

DWI: Kevin T. Dukes, 20, 505 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated. Dukes is due Monday in Medina Village Court.

ASSAULT: Chad E. Heideman, 35, 10540 Roosevelt Highway, Lyndonville, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault. Heideman was held in lieu of $10,000 bail and will be scheduled to return to Medina Village Court.

RAPE: Joel R. Fidanza, 32, 618 West Center St., was charged Saturday with first-degree rape. Fidanza was held on $10,000 bail and is due Thursday in Medina Village Court.

Albion

HARASSMENT: Jenna J. Condoluci, 19, of Albion, was charged Nov. 23 with second-degree harassment. Condoluci is due Dec. 15 in Albion Town Court.

LARCENY: Michael P. Adam, 37, of Albion, was charged Nov. 24 with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny. Adam is due Dec. 16 in Albion Town Court.

HARASSMENT: Katrina E. Hart, 28, of Albion, was charged Nov. 24 with second-degree harassment. Hart is due Tuesday in Albion Town Court.

LARCENY: David W. Newbould, 38, of Albion, was charged Thursday with third-degree grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property greater than $3,000, fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny.

POSSESSION: Christopher M. Mana, 26, of Batavia, was charged Thursday with second-degree possession of a forged instrument and fourth-degree criminal possession.
