LARCENY: Dyann C. McLaughlin, 22, 307 West Center Street, was charged with petit larceny on Aug. 3. McLaughlin was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Aug. 15.

DISORDERLY: Robin S. Cheatham, 36, 108 Starr Street, was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 7. Cheatham was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 5.

DWI: Burton J. Nottingham, 57, 2766 South Lyndonville Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 percent of 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, inadequate/no muffler, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle while on a highway on Aug. 8. Nottingham was released and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Aug. 26.

OPEN CONTAINER: John C. Petricone, Jr., 24, 754 Spencerport Road, Rochester, was charged with violation of village ordinance-open container — consumption of alcohol in public on Aug. 10. Petricone was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Aug. 19.

POSSESSION: Angela Jones, 32, 11360 Maple Ridge Road, was charged with false personation and unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 13. Jones was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 5.

Orleans CountySheriff’s Department

DWI: Lisa A Bermudez, 32, West Park Street, Albion, was charged with following to closely, speeding (81 in a 55), failure to keep right, unlicensed operation, 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08% (.13%). The charges resulted from a traffic stop on Ridge Road in the Town of Gaines. Bermudez was scheduled to appear in Gaines Town Court on Aug. 14.

POSSESSION: Craig A. Hernandez, 19, 1148 Elm Street, Medina, was charged with drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession of alcohol by person under 21, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of drugs. The charges resulted from a traffic stop on West Avenue in the Village of Albion where a DWI checkpoint was being conducted by the Albion Police Department, Orleans County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police. Hernandez was found to be in possession of some whiskey, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Hernandez was scheduled to appear in Albion Town Court on Aug. 14.
