Medina Journal-Register — Frederick Miller received no plea offer during a pre-trial hearing Monday at Orleans County Court.
Miller faces second-degree murder charges stemming from an incident in early March that left his housemate dead.
District Attorney Joe Cardone said he did not offer a plea to the accused at Monday’s hearing because, he said, “From what I see at this point, it is pretty brutal, violent conduct on his part.”
Miller, 61, will next be in court on June 10. At that time motions regarding the case can be filed, and future hearings and/or a trial could be scheduled.
