WELFARE FRAUD: Renee A. Burdick, 45, Holley was charged Nov. 2 by Orleans County Sheriff’s Investigator K.M. Strickland Jr. for fifth-degree welfare fraud, petit larceny and misuse of food stamps. According to the report, the charges are based on complaint lodged by the Orleans County Department of Social Services’ Welfare Frauds Unit. Burdick is scheduled to appear Nov. 13 in Town of Albion Court.
WELFARE FRAUD: Justine E. Fleck, 24, Lyndonville was charged Nov. 1 with fourth-degree welfare fraud and fourth-degree grand larceny.
WARRANT: Gary L. Bonk, 36, Medina was arrested Oct. 29 by Orleans County Sheriff’s Lieutenant C.M. Bourke on an outstanding warrant for third-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree conspiracy. Bonk appeared before Town of Albion Justice Gary Moore and was committed to the Orleans County Jail without bail.
