Medina Journal-Register — Albion Police Department

ASSAULT: Police charged a 27-year-old Rochester male with disorderly conduct and 3rd-degree assault on Sept. 27.

MISCHIEF: Police charged a 17-year-old Albion female with criminal mischief on Sept. 28.

WARRANT: Police executed a bench warrant for Lewis E. Hyde, 21, on Sept. 26.

NOISE: Tanisha L. Perez, 35, was charged with unnecessary noise on Sept. 29.

HARASSMENT: Aykut Ozkaynak, 32, Rochester, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment on Sept. 23.

SUSPENSION: Joseph Coyle, 35, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration on Sept. 23.

Medina Police Department

POSSESSION: Mark T. Blosenhauer, 20, 314 Lee Place, was charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container on Sept. 23. Blosenhauer was issued an appearance ticket for Ridgeway Town Court on Nov. 4.

POSSESSION: Justin A. Reisman, 25, 358 East Center Str., was charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container on Sept. 23. Reisman was issued an appearance ticket for Ridgeway Town Court on Nov. 4.

LARCENY: Melissa Baumgarter, 35, 11328 Ridge Road, was charged with petit larceny on Sept. 24. Baumgarter was issued an appearance ticket for Shelby Town Court on Oct. 10.

DISORDERLY: Kaylee A. Weaver, 22, 301 West Ave., was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct  on Sept. 20. Weaver was issued an appearance ticket for Ridgeway Town Court on Oct. 21.

IMPRISONMENT: Matthew Keiffer, 26, 1008 South Main Street, was charged with 1st-degree criminal contempt, 2nd-degree unlawful imprisonment, and 2nd-degree  harassment on Sept. 25. Keiffer was held on $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Oct. 3.

DWI: Alexander L. Baldwin, 25, 4640 Griswold St., Middleport, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 of 1 percent or more blood alcohol, and uninspected motor vehicle on Sept. 25. Baldwin was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Oct. 28.
