Medina Journal-Register — Town of Albion

LARCENY: Daniel A. Knittle, 26, Holley was charged Nov. 5 with petit larceny.

Town of Murray

UNLICENSED/DRUGS: Richard A. Johnson, 30, 239 E. State St., Albion was charged Nov. 4 for third- and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, circumventing an interlock device and unlawful possession of marijuana. Stephanie N. Poole, 27, 18 Lydun Drive, Albion was also arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. According to a report, Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Foeller charged the pair as a result of a traffic stop on Route 31 in the Town of Murray. Johnson was arraigned in Town of Murray Court where he was remanded to County Jail on $1,000 bail. Poole is scheduled to appear Nov. 26 in Town of Murray Court.

DRUGS: Kelli A. Birch, 20, 4585 Hibbard Road, Holley and Samantha E. Lonville, 20, 4450 Hulberton Road, Holley were charged Nov. 4 with throwing refuse on the highway and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Foeller charged the pair as a result of a traffic stop on Hulberton Road in the Town of Murray. A small amount of marijuana and a smoking pipe was found in the vehicle. Birch and Lonville are scheduled to appear Nov. 26 in Town of Murray Court.
