Medina Journal-Register — The JPMorgan Chase building has been sold to a Medina businessman.
Roger Hungerford, who owns the Olde Pickle Factory and counts a handful of businesses as tenants in the buidling, said the JPMorgan Chase building in Albion is suited to a prospective tenant he has already lined up. However, due to several details yet to finalize no company name could be provided.
However, Hungerford did say the building will allow jobs to be retained in Orleans County, and he said the prospective employer has tremendous growth potential to go along with an already large workforce.
More information on the purchase will likely be available in the coming days, likely as early as Monday, he said.
