Medina Journal-Register — National claims processing management specialists, Claims Recovery Financial Services, LLC (CRFS) officially announced that Cecelia M. Raine has joined the company as President and Chief Strategist.
Raine will be responsible for overseeing the company’s enterprise support team along with developing the company’s overall strategic direction. CRFS is one of the nation’s leading providers of claim processing management solutions and is currently expanding its operations in both New York State and San Antonio, Tex. The company is also the largest private employer in Orleans County.
“We are thrilled to have Cecelia Raine leading the company and positioning CRFS for the future.” said CRFS Founder and CEO, Jodi Gaines. “As the Enterprise Support team executive, Cecelia and her staff will support the CRFS operations group so they can deliver quality and timely claims at all times.”
Prior to joining CRFS, Raine was SVP for Strategy and Business Development for Lender Processing Services, Inc. Raine has more than 28 years of mortgage banking experience, including building a servicing and default consulting practice that specialized in process re-engineering. She also spent 11 years with Fannie Mae, overseeing servicing and default related processes for portfolios in excess of $100 billion. Raine has considerable corporate experience, with stints at Goldome, Dime Savings, Empire Realty Credit Corporation and NationsBank (now Bank of America). She has also served on the board of the WNY Mortgage Bankers Association.
Beyond her work experience, Raine has been recognized as a “Woman of Influence” by Buffalo Business First. At Fannie Mae, she was honored with the Reach Award for going above and beyond with internal and external customers, the W.A.V.E Award (We Are Volunteer Employees) as well as Fannie Mae’s Chairman’s Award for her volunteer work with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society — where she was also a member of the board for the Western New York chapter.
In other CRFS news, 96 new employees have recently been hired since the company announced their expansion project Sept. 30. The expansion is on schedule with new equipment currently being installed at the new Albion facility (the former JP MorganChase building). The Medina workforce (approximately 230 people) will be the first to move into the Albion complex, followed in March by Albion’s 237 employees.
