BARKING DOG: Brenton O. Poole, 27, 746 Church St. was charged Tuesday with a violation of the village’s barking dog ordinance, owning/harboring an unlicensed dog, and a violation of the village’s dog at large ordinance. Poole was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

HARASSMENT: Dean J. Graning, 21, 301 Park Avenue was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree harassment. Graning was arraigned and is scheduled to appear Monday in Town of Ridgeway Court.

TRESPASS: Matthew W. Mudge, 22, 271 Locust St., Lockport was charged Monday with second-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and unlawful possession of marijuana. Mudge was arraigned and held on $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear Monday in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DRUGS: Matthew J. Albone, 31, 124 Erin Road was charged March 10 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Albone was arraigned and held on $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear April 11 in Town of Shelby Court.

IMPRISONMENT: Nicholas J. Boyle, 33, 608 Gwinn St. was charged March 9 with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. Boyle was arraigned and is scheduled to appear at a later date in Town of Ridgeway Court.

IMPRISONMENT: Brandon A. Honore, 28, 106 Pearl St. was charged March 9 with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Honore was arraigned and is scheduled to appear April 11 in Town of Shelby Court.

DOG AT LARGE: Frank Nicometi, 76, 513 Prospect Avenue was charged March 9 with a violation of the village’s dog at large ordinance. Chavez is scheduled to appear April 8 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

UNLICENSED DOG: Elaine L. Modlo, 53, 132 Worthy Avenue was charged March 6 with owning/harboring an unlicensed dog. Modlo is scheduled to appear April 8 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

UNLICENSED DOG: Deborah J. Dubitski, 65, 305 Park Avenue was charged March 6 with owning/harboring an unlicensed dog. Dubitski is scheduled to appear April 8 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DOG AT LARGE: Luis C. Chavez, 29, 715 Gwinn St. was charged March 4 with a violation of the village’s dog at large ordinance. Chavez is scheduled to appear April 10 in Town of Shelby Court.

HARASSMENT: Colleen M. Plushwa, 34, 10406 Ridge Road was charged March 3 with second-degree harassment. Plushwa was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. She was scheduled to appear March 7 in Town of Shelby Court.

HARASSMENT: Dawn M. Brown, 55, 3 Jackson St., Middleport was charged March 2 with second-degree harassment. Brown was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

DRUGS: Kody A. Wisniewski, 21, Lake Road, Barker was charged March 2 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Wisniewski was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

ENDANGERMENT: Alyssa N. Bannerman, 18, 708 Church St. was charged March 2 with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, sixth-degree conspiracy, unlawful growing of cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana. Banner was held on $500 bail and was scheduled to appear March 7 in Town of Shelby Court.

Town of Albion

DRUGS: A 16-year-old female from Albion was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Foeller charged the female after she was found to be in possession of marijuana on a traffic stop on Gaines Basin Road The driver of the vehicle, an 18-year-old from Lyndonville, was ticketed for littering on the highway and no brake lamps. Both are scheduled to appear APril 2 in Town of Albion Court.

DRUGS: Constance S. Jones, 25, 413 Post Avenue, Rochester was charged March 10 with unlawful possession of marihuana. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Foeller charged Jones as a result of checking on a disabled vehicle on Clarendon Road. Jones was in possession of a small amount of marihuana. Jones is scheduled to appear March 20 in Town of Albion Court. Additional charges are possible for other evidence that was found and sent to Niagara County Lab.

Town of Murray

DWI: Joel A. Garcia-Barczak, 23, 232 West Avenue, Albion was charged March 10 with moving from lane unafely, texting and driving, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 of one percent —  0.15. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Foeller charged Garcia-Barczak after he lost control of his vehicle while texting and drove into the ditch on Route 31. Garcia-Barczak fled the scene but was located by patrols. He was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Murray Court.
