Medina Journal-Register — Albion Police Department

LARCENY: A 14-year-old Albion male was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief, 3rd-degree burglary, and 3rd-degree grand larceny on Aug. 30.

LARCENY: A 12-year-old Albion male was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief, 3rd-degree burglary, and 3rd-degree grand larceny on Aug. 29.

LARCENY: A 14-year-old Albion male was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief, two counts of 3rd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree grand larceny, and petit larceny on Aug. 29.

OBSTRUCTION: Cheri M. Bocanegra, 33, was charged with 2nd-degree obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct on Aug. 30.

SUSPENSION: Aaron Conn, 41, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with improper plates and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration on Aug. 31.

HARASSMENT: Luis Diaz, 35, was charged with 2nd-degree aggravated harassment on Aug. 27.

Medina Police Department

HARASSMENT: Zachary S. Natale, 20, 200 North Street, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment on Aug. 21. Natale was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 12.

VIOLATION: Gerald Mack, 34, 9 South Lyon Street, Batavia, was charged with violation of village noise ordinance on Aug. 22. Mack was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 30.

DWI: Michael J. Powlowski, 34, 708 Orient Street, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 or 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and unregistered motor vehicle on Aug. 23. Powlowski was arraigned and held on $500 bail and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 30.

POSSESSION: Autumn B. Pombert, 17, 5242 Oak Orchard Road, Albion, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 24. Pombert was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 5.

DWAI: William P. Weldon, 17, 20 Garland Street, Lyndonville, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, operating out of class, driving to the left of pavement markings, passed red signal, and operating with more than one passenger under 21. Weldon was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 5.
