LARCENY: A 14-year-old Albion male was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief, 3rd-degree burglary, and 3rd-degree grand larceny on Aug. 30.

LARCENY: A 12-year-old Albion male was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief, 3rd-degree burglary, and 3rd-degree grand larceny on Aug. 29.

LARCENY: A 14-year-old Albion male was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief, two counts of 3rd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree grand larceny, and petit larceny on Aug. 29.

OBSTRUCTION: Cheri M. Bocanegra, 33, was charged with 2nd-degree obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct on Aug. 30.

SUSPENSION: Aaron Conn, 41, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with improper plates and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration on Aug. 31.

HARASSMENT: Luis Diaz, 35, was charged with 2nd-degree aggravated harassment on Aug. 27.

Medina Police Department

HARASSMENT: Zachary S. Natale, 20, 200 North Street, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment on Aug. 21. Natale was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 12.

VIOLATION: Gerald Mack, 34, 9 South Lyon Street, Batavia, was charged with violation of village noise ordinance on Aug. 22. Mack was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 30.

DWI: Michael J. Powlowski, 34, 708 Orient Street, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 or 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and unregistered motor vehicle on Aug. 23. Powlowski was arraigned and held on $500 bail and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 30.

POSSESSION: Autumn B. Pombert, 17, 5242 Oak Orchard Road, Albion, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 24. Pombert was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 5.

DWAI: William P. Weldon, 17, 20 Garland Street, Lyndonville, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, operating out of class, driving to the left of pavement markings, passed red signal, and operating with more than one passenger under 21. Weldon was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 5.

HARASSMENT: Kelcy A. Poole, 28, 3 Lansing Street, Rochester, was charged with two counts of 2nd-degree harassment on Aug. 24. Poole was arraigned and held on $250 bail and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 9.

DISORDERLY: Deborah V. Crossley, 22, 301 Park Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 24. Crossley was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 9.

ROBBERY: Brian T. Stachewicz, 18, 259 Horan Road, was charged with 1st-degree robbery, 3rd-degree conspiracy, 2nd-degree gang assault, 2nd-degree menacing, 4th-degree grand larceny, 1st-degree criminal use of a firearm, endangering the welfare of a child, and violation of village ordinance-possession and discharge of a weapon on Aug. 25. Stachewicz was arraigned and held on $25,000 bail and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court at a later date.

ROBBERY: A juvenile was charged with 1st-degree robbery, 4th-degree conspiracy, 2nd-degree gang assault, and 4th-degree grand larceny on Aug. 25. The juvenile was transported to a juvenile detention center in Onondaga County and is to return to Orleans County Court at a later date.

LARCENY: Andrew A. Lafave, 35, 112 East Center Street, was charged with petit larceny and 3rd-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument on Aug. 25. Lafave was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 9.

TRESPASS: Felipe Chavez, Jr., 28, 212 Prospect Avenue, was charged with 2nd-degree criminal trespassing on Aug. 25. Chavez was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 9.

POSSESSION: Jordan P. Powell, 25, 221 South Avenue, was charged with 7ht-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 26. Powell was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 9.

ROBBERY: Justin M. Tillinghast, 18, 167 North Street, was charged with 1st-degree robbery, 3rd-degree conspiracy, 2nd-degree gang assault, 2nd-degree menacing, 4th-degree grand larceny, 1st-degree criminal use of a firearm, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful possession of marijuana, 2nd-degree criminal possession a weapon, and violation of village ordinance-possession and discharge of a weapon on Aug. 28. Tillinghast was arraigned and held on $25,000 bail and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court at a later date.

VIOLATION: John F. Demmer, 28, 901 West Avenue, was charged with violation of village noise ordinance on Aug. 29. Demmer was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 9.

POSSESSION: Jessica M. Demmer, 24, 903 West Avenue, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 30. Demmer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 5.

DISORDERLY: Jazmin L. Kuyal, 24, 112 East Center Street, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Aug. 30. Kuyal was arraigned and held on $250 bail and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Sept. 9.

DWI: Jimmie L. Tabor, 63, 431 East Center Street, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 or 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, refusal to take a breath test, and failure to stop at a stop sign on Sept. 2. Tabor was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Sept. 26.

Orleans County Sheriff’s Department

UNLICENSED: Robert J. Stearns, 23, 3874 Fancher Road, Holley, was charged with license plate violation, unlicensed operation, 2nd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 30. The charges resulted from a traffic stop on Route 98 in the Town of Gaines. During the stop deputies discovered Stearns possessed Buprenorphine and heroin, and also learned that his license had been suspended 12 times. Stearns appeared in Gaines Town Court and was released.

POSSESSION: Stacee L. LaClair, 27, 2907 Kendall Road, Holley, was charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 3. The charges resulted from a dispute at LaClair’s residence, when it deputies discovered she possessed cocaine and heroin. She is scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on Sept. 16 at 7 p.m.
