DWAI/DRUGS: Michael E. Reid, 21, 2504 S. Lyndonville Road was charged Tuesday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unregistered motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. Reid is scheduled to appear Oct. 25 in Town of Shelby Court.

HARASSMENT: Shanee Chinn, 29, 717 Church St. was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. Chinn is scheduled to appear Nov. 8 in Town of Shelby Court.

HARASSMENT: Nate J. Wilson, 19, 1124 S. Main St. was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. Wilson is scheduled to appear Oct. 22 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DWI: James D. Foley, 22, 11773 Route 31 was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one person and license restriction violation. Foley is scheduled to appear Oct. 15 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DWI: Samuel J. Santillo III, 37, 2359 Route 31 was charged Oct. 6 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent and failure to keep right. Santillo is scheduled to appear Oct. 29 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DWI/DRUGS: Brian J. Castrechino, 37, 12617 Presbyterian St., Knowlesville was charged Oct. 3 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent, driving with ability impaired by drugs, driving with ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana. Castrechino is scheduled to appear Oct. 29 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

TRESPASS: Chad L. Hickey, 41, Medina was charged Oct. 1 with trespass. Hickey is scheduled to appear Oct. 22 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DISORDERLY: Alyiah S. Poole, 17, 228 Eagle St. was charged Oct. 1 with disorderly conduct. Poole is scheduled to appear Oct. 18 in Town of Shelby Court.

DISORDERLY: Jasmine M. Cooper, 17, 108 Starr St. was charged Oct. 1 with disorderly conduct. Cooper was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

LARCENY: Kim A. Capstick, 50, 4477 E. Shelby Road was charged Sept. 28 with fourth-degree grand larceny. Capstick was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear at a later date in Town of Ridgeway Court.

MISCHIEF/HARASSMENT: Ashlee M. Keffer, 17, 539 E. Center St. was charged Sept. 28 with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Keffer is scheduled to appear Monday in 

Town of Murray

DWI: Gary C. Beehler III, 20, 16850 Route 18, Kendall was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. According to the report, Deputy Jim Defilipps charged Beehler after he drove his vehicle off Monroe Orleans Countyline Road in the Town of Murray. Additional charges are possible after lab results determine Beehler’s blood alcohol content. He is scheduled to appear Nov. 5 in Town of Murray Court.

Town of Carlton

STOLEN PROPERTY: Katherine O. Taylor, 21, 408 S. Academy St., Medina was charged Oct. 10 on a warrant for fifth-degree possession of stolen property. According to the report, Deputy Torry Tooley took Taylor into custody at the Monroe County Jail without incident. Taylor’s charges stem from an investigation into a burglary in Waterport in March of 2011 where she was in possession of some of the proceeds from the burglary. That investigation was conducted by Investigator Corey Black. Taylor was arraigned in Town of Carlton Court where she was remanded to the County Jail on $2,000 bail.
