LARCENY: Thomoas R. Vasquez, 27, of 309 Catherine St., Medina was charged with 4th-degree grand larceny and trespassing on April 27, and Robert D. Morehouse, 30, of 417 Park Ave., Medina was charged with petit larceny and trespassing on April 29. Deputies charged the pair after an investigation into the theft of over $1,600 worth of steel from a Ridgeway business sometime between April 19 and 22. Vasquez and Morehouse are scheduled to appear in Ridgeway Town Court on May 13 at 9 a.m.
VIOLATION: On May 3, Sheriff’s Department officials executed a Town of Albion bench warrant on David P. Neibert, 26, of 3 High St., Waterport, who was charged with violating probation. Neibert was arraigned in Town of Albion Court and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $1,000 bail.
DWI: Kimberly E. Eden, 52, of 3939 Monroe-Orleans Countyline Road, Apt. 3, Brockport, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, aggravated driving while intoxicated (BAC of .19 percent), failure to keep right, cracked windshield, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on May 3. She was charged after she struck two separate vehicles on Newport Drive and Vindale Drive in the Countyline Trailer Park. Eden is scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on June 6 at 6:30 p.m.
LARCENY: Lee Q. Tisdale, 42, of 2822 Lattin Road, Albion, was charged with 4th-degree grand larceny on May 5. The charges were the result of an investigation into the reported larceny of a vehicle from a residence on Lattin Road on April 21. The vehicle was recovered from Performance Auto Parts on Drake Road in Monroe County. Tisdale is scheduled to appear in Town of Gaines Court on May 23 at 3 p.m.
