Medina Journal-Register — RIDGEWAY — An Albion man faces harassment and falsely reporting an incident charges after an Orleans County Sheriff's Office investigation into numerous bomb threats made last year.

James E. Ryan, 21, 105 Washington St., Albion was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment, falsely reporting an incident involving a public place and falsely reporting an incident in a building.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Investigator Corey Black charged Ryan following an investigation into a bomb threat called into the Albion Walmart in August and a bomb threat called into into Associated Brands in September. Additional charges are possible, as the Sheriff's Office says that Ryan is responsible for making numerous threats to both businesses.

Ryan was arraigned on all charges in Town of Ridgeway Court Monday released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear back in Town of Ridgeway Court in March; he is scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court Wednesday.
