POSSESSION: Christopher Stallings, 23, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 13.
LARCENY: A 15-year-old Albion male was charged with petit larceny on Aug. 18.

POSSESSION: A 17-year-old Albion male was charged with 5th-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Aug. 16.
POSSESSION: Patrick W. Allen, 31, was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of marijuana on Aug. 18.
ARSON: Crystal E. McGuire, 20, was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree arson on Aug. 16.
DISORDERLY: Melissa J. Deskins, 21, Buffalo, was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 13.
SUSPENSION: Sarah C. Drier, 28, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration on Aug. 14.
DISORDERLY: Tony A. Thompson, 46, was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 17.
SUSPENSION: Donald M. Burgio, Jr., 44, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration on Aug. 12.
WARRANT: A bench warrant was executed for Justin E. Froman, 30, on Aug. 16.

WARRANT: Paul D. Mulroy, 42, Brockport, surrendered to deputies at the County Courthouse based on an outstanding Family Court warrant on Aug. 12. He appeared in County Court and was released.
VIOLATIONS: Daniel W. Mountain, 42, Albion, was charged with multiple traffic violations following the investigation of a one-car accident in the 1700 block of Park Avenue in the Town of Carlton on Aug. 17. Deputies said that while traveling south on Park Avenue, Mountain lost control of his car, ran it off the west side of the roadway, and rolled it into a cluster of trees. He left the scene before authorities arrived. Four hours later, when Mountain was located, he was issued tickets for unsafe speed, unsafe lane change, failure to keep right, and leaving the scene of an accident. He is scheduled to appear in Carlton Town Court on Aug. 26.
HARASSMENT: Victoria M. Ortiz, 27, Albion, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment on Aug. 17 following a complaint that alleged she threatened bodily harm to the complainant. Ortiz appeared in Albion Town Court, where an order of protection was issued for the complainant and Ortiz was ordered back to court on Sept. 18.
OBSTRUCTION: Quincy J. Jackson, 27, Albion, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, two counts of 2nd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle on Aug. 18. The charges came after deputies spotted Jackson while investigating a disturbance in the 2800 block of Lattin Road in the Town of Gaines at 2:45 a.m. Jackson stopped his vehicle briefly, but deputies said he sped away when they tried to detain him. The vehicle allegedly travelled across the front lawn towards the house, then crashed through a wooden fence and continued across the backyard before eventually becoming disabled in a field north of the house, when the defendant exited the vehicle. Jackson surrendered himself at the Public Safety Building 16 and a half hours later, when the charges were filed. He is scheduled to appear in Gaines Town Court on Sept. 18.
