Medina Journal-Register — Albion

LARCENY: Debra L. Mattoon, 33, Medina, was charged with petit larceny on Sept. 7.

WARRANT: Police executed a bench warrant on Kevin L. Madden, 28, Holley, on Sept. 7.

BURGLARY: A 14-year-old Albion male was charged with 3rd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree grand larceny, and 4th-degree criminal mischief on Sept. 5.

BURGLARY: A 14-year-old Albion male was charged with petit larceny and 3rd-degree burglary on Sept. 2.

MENACING: Matthew C. Swan, 25, was charged with 3rd-degree menacing and 2nd-degree criminal trespassing.

POSSESSION: Marcus D. Wall, 21, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sept. 3.

UNLICENSED: Lydell Nauden, 49, Batavia, was charged with 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle on Sept. 3.

HARASSMENT: Kimberly A. Howell, 36, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment on Sept. 6.

DISORDERLY: Michael R. Lemaine, 22, Medina, was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 2.

Orleans County Sheriff’s Department

UNSTAMPED: Ronald K. DeForest, 61, and Deborah M. DeForest, 55, 25 Center St., Lockport, were charged for possession of unstamped cigarettes under the tax law on Sept. 7. The pair were charged after a traffic stop on Ridge Road in the Town of Gaines on Aug. 30 where they were found to be in possession of 2800 unstamped cigarettes when they can only legally possess a total of 800. Ronald DeForest was also ticketed for failure to keep right. The pair are scheduled to appear in Gaines Town Court  at 3 p.m. on Sept. 18.

POSSESSION: Joseph DiBella, 28, 302 Ellis Dr., Brockport, was charged with window tint violation, obstructed view, failure to change address, and unlawful possession of marijuana on Sept. 7. DiBella was charged after a traffic stop on Route 31 in the Town of Albion, and he is scheduled to appear in Albion Town Court on at 9 a.m. on Sept. 18.

POSSESSION: Shaun L. Hubbart, 31, 541 Morton Road, Hamlin, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sept. 7. Hubbart was charged after a deputy checked on a suspicious vehicle in the area of the Lake Alice Boat Launch and found Hubbart to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Hubbart is scheduled to appear in Carlton Town Court at 6 p.m. on Sept. 16.
