Medina Journal-Register — Albion Police Dept.

POSSESSION: Krystle L. Hughson, 30, was charged with petit larceny, 1st-degree criminal possession of methadone and 2nd-degree burglary on Dec. 20.

TRESPASS: Nicole S. Jisa, 38, Medina, was charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespassing on Dec. 21.

DWI: A 20-year-old Albion resident was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, speed not reasonable and prudent, operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, driving while intoxicated-first offense and failure to keep right on a two-lane road on Dec. 21.

DISOBEY: A 35-year-old Medina male was charged with disobeying an executive mandate on Dec. 19.

POSSESSION: A 16-year-old Albion male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Dec. 18.

POSSESSION: Jose Blanco, 20, Holley, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and unlawful possession of marijuana on Dec. 18.

Medina Police Dept.

POSSESSION: Brett M. Hoffmeister, 19, 11293 Ridge Road, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Dec. 19. Hoffmeister was issued an appearance ticket for Ridgeway Town Court on Jan. 27.

DISORDERLY: James E. Manley, 27, 213 East Oak Orchard St., was charged with disorderly conduct on Dec. 22. Manley was arraigned and held on $500 bail and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Jan. 2.

TRESPASS: Jazmin L. Kuyal, 25, 112 East Center St., was charged with trespassing on Dec. 25. Kuyal was issued an appearance ticket for Shelby Town Court on Jan. 9.

TRESPASS: Darren P. Aryhart, 45, 11023 Ridge Road, was charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespassing, 2nd-degree criminal trespassing, petit larceny and 2nd-degree harassment on Dec. 25. Aryhart was issued an appearance ticket for Ridgeway Town Court on Jan. 13.

Orleans Co. Sheriff’s Dept.

MISCHIEF: Janice N. Jacobs, 44, 320 Hamilton St., Albion, was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief on Dec. 16. Jacobs was charge as a result of a complaint where she intentionally “keyed” a vehicle that was in the Wal-Mart parking lot on Oct. 30. Hamilton is scheduled to appear in Albion Town Court on Jan. 8.
