ASSAULT: Kody W. Bisig, 19, 17179 Fourth Section Road, Apt. 302, Holley and Kristina N. Kuellertz, 18, 4939 S. Manning Road, Holley, were both charged with 3rd-degree assault on Jan. 2. Bisig was also charged with unlawful possession of noxious gas. Jade A. Fayko, 18, 4502 Hulberton Rd., Holley, was also charged with 3rd-degree assault on Jan. 4. The trio was charged following an altercation that took place at the Clarendon Crosby’s parking lot on Dec. 17. The charges stemmed from a fight involving the three and two other individuals, and Bisig allegedly sprayed a pepper-like dog repellant at one of the individuals. All three are scheduled to appear in Clarendon Town Court at a later date.
MISCHIEF: A 16-year-old male from Church Street in Waterport was charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief on Jan. 3. The individual was charged after he broke two cell phones during a domestic dispute at his residence. He was arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $200 bail and a stay-away order of protection was issued for the victim.
BURGLARY: Hayden K. Ettinger, 19, 21 E. Academy St., Albion and a 16-year-old male from 2310 Kent Road, Kent, were both charged with 3rd-degree burglary and petit larceny on Jan. 3. The pair were charged as a result of an investigation into a burglary at Robinson’s Redemption Center that occurred in August of 2013. Some of the stolen property was recovered. The two were arraigned in Albion Town Court and released on their own recognizance. They were both set to return to court this morning.
