LARCENY: Tammy Burton, 33, was charged with petit larceny on Jan. 4.
IMPERSONATION: Robert S. Smith, 55, was charged with 2nd-degree criminal impersonation of another person, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance on Jan. 2.
MISCHIEF: Kevin R. McGaffick, 24, was charged with petit larceny, exposure of a person and 4th-degree criminal mischief on Jan. 1.
UNLICENSED: Katrina A. Rodriguez-Paeth, 42, was charged with 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Jan. 4.
HARASSMENT: Cheri M. Bocanegra, 33, was charged with resisting arrest, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and 2nd-degree harassment on Jan. 3.
ASSAULT: Luis A. Bermudez, 33, was charged with 3rd-degree assault on Jan. 4.

NOISE: Ike Grace, Jr., 24, 388 Selye Terrace, Rochester, was charged with violation of village noise ordinance on Jan. 1. Grace was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Jan. 27.
DWI: Alicia F. Hogan, 39, 1216 West Ave., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 of 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, aggravated DWI, reckless driving, moving from lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Jan. 4. Hogan was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Jan. 27.
