DWI: Darwin Poler, 44, 225 North Avenue, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 percent of 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, and driving with an uninspected motor vehicle on Sept. 30. Poler was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Oct. 24.

LARCENY: Keith M. Lewandowski, 22, 112 Beaver St., Albion, was charged with 4th-degree grand larceny, 4th-degree criminal mischief, and 2nd-degree harassment on Oct. 3. Lewandowski was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to appear in Ridgeway Town Court on Oct. 8.

DWAI: Clara J. Stribling, 33, 4167 Dresser Road, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, driving while ability impaired by drugs, refusal to take breath test, inadequate/no muffler, 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana, and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 1. Stribling was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on Oct. 24.

POSSESSION: Thomas R. Vasquez, Jr., 27, 309 Catherine Street, was charged with 5th-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny, and trespassing on Oct. 3. Vasquez was issued an appearance ticket for Shelby Town Court on Oct. 17.

OBSTRUCTION: Heather A. Mott, 25, 1106 West Avenue, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and 3rd-degree menacing on Oct. 3. Mott was issued an appearance ticket for Shelby Town Court on Oct. 17.

HARASSMENT: Amanda C. Laraby, 33, 539 East Center Street, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment on Oct. 4. Laraby was issued an appearance ticket for Ridgeway Town Court on Oct. 21.

DWI: Nicholas J. Boyle, 33, 909 Orient Street, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 of 1 percent or more blood alcohol content, aggravated driving while intoxicated for a BAC of .18 or higher, and speeding in a speed zone on Oct. 6. Boyle was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Nov. 4.
