LARCENY: Gregory B. Griffin, 43, of Medina, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny and disobeying an executive mandate Jan. 6.
RECKLESS DRIVING: Brandie M. Sumeriski, 18, was charged with reckless driving and disobeying an executive mandate Jan. 10.
MISCHIEF: James J. Dillon, 27, was charged with criminal mischief Jan. 7.
SUSPENSION: Jesse G. Kilner, 32, was charged with a registration plate display violation, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, displaying a forged certificate, operating a motor vehicle without inspection and operating a motor vehicle without insurance Jan. 9.
Orleans County Sheriff’s Department
DWI: Marcie A. Conlon, 41, 336 S. Clinton St., Albion, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, unlicensed operation, improper use of a restricted license, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and felony driving while intoxicated by drugs. The charges came as a result of a complaint that a mailbox was struck on Gaines Road in the Town of Gaines. The vehicle was located by patrols on Bass Road in the Town of Carlton. Conlon was arraigned in Carlton Town Court and was held at Orleans County Jail on $1,500 bail.
