NOISE: Ricky Caraballo, 20, 300 N. Main St., was charged with violating the village noise ordinance Jan. 15. Caraballo received a ticket to appear Feb. 6 in Shelby Town Court.
LARCENY: Debra L. Unell, 51, 738 Orient St., was charged with petit larceny Jan. 19. Unell received a ticket to appear Feb. 6 in Shelby Town Court.
ASSAULT: Eric M. Ridgeway, 37, 5972 Washington St., Olcott, was charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation Jan. 18. Ridgeway was arraigned and held on $2,500 bail ahead of a scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Jan. 27.
IMPRISONMENT: Nicholas M. Peterson, 23, 12436 Million Dollar Highway, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment Jan. 17. Peterson received a ticket to appear March 3 in Ridgeway Town Court.
ASSAULT: Abriel T. Bloom, 18, 813 S. Main St., was charged with third-degree assault Jan. 17. Bloom received a ticket to appear March 3 in Ridgeway Town Court.
Albion Police Department
BAD CHECK: Robin J. Ross, 48, of Albion, was charged with issuing a bad check at 1:20 p.m. Jan. 14 on North Platt Street.
TRESPASSING: A 17-year-old male from Albion, whose name is withheld by Albion Police Department, was charged with trespassing and two counts of attempted petit larceny about 2 a.m. Jan. 19 on Washington Street.
UNLAWFUL OPERATION: Roger L. Stornelli, 25, of Medina, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation at 8:55 p.m. Jan. 15 on King Street.
CONTEMPT: Lucas T. Williams, 30, of Albion, was charged with disobeying an executive mandate (second-degree criminal contempt) at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 16 on North Main Street.
DISORDERLY: Norbert F. Mundt III, 18, and a 16-year-old male, both from Albion, were charged with disorderly conduct/using obscene language or gestures at 10:08 p.m. Jan. 14 on West Academy Street. The younger arrestee’s name is withheld by Albion Police Department.
POSSESSION: Andrew R. Viza, 25, of Albion, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a vehicular equipment violation at 9:15 p.m. Jan. 14 on Washington Street.
